Seventh Day Slumber has been one of the most ministry-oriented Christian hard rock bands for the past few years. They expand their ministry as frontman Joseph Rojas returns to his Hispanic roots with this Spanish version of songs culled from their past two English CDs.

The tracks from Once Upon A Shattered Life are "Brand New Man," "Shattered Life," "Break Me," "Oceans From The Rain" and "Caroline." The latter song had impressed Grammy winner Soraya, who helped with the translation just before her death from breast cancer. The resulting "Carolina" is dedicated to her memory.

From the newer Finally Awake, the band selected "Awake," "Missing Pages," "Every Saturday," "Burning Bridges" and "On My Way Home," which features #1 Latin Christian rock singer Pablo Oliveras from Argentina.

The resulting mix offers up several moving ballads and plenty of Seventh Day Slumber's crunching guitar-driven songs. Get a copy of this one for your Spanish-speaking friends who think Salvador doesn't rock hard enough for their tastes.
