You can never go wrong with an "old skool" punk CD that is complete with group chanting, fun samples from popular movies, and a lead singer with a raspy voice. This eight song CD is great throwback punk rock ala Rancid, Operation Ivy, Dropkick Murphys, and The Dead Kennedys. Best listened to when running in circles.
