Saint
by Ted Dekker
Nashville: Westbow, 2006, 374 pp. hardcover, $23.99

Guest review by Michael Brandt

See our interview with Ted.

Ted Dekker's latest novel, Saint, starts off fast-paced and doesn't stop until the last page. This high-action thriller takes you all the way from Hungary to New York to Paradise, Colorado.

Carl Strople is a highly trained assassin for a top-secret mercenary group in Hungary. He has experienced twelve months of the most intense training imaginable. All in preparation for a mission of irreparable impact and consequence. Along the way, he struggles to discover who he really is...

Complete with plot twists, thrillers, a great story, and the high calibre-writing style of Dekker, Saint is a must-read for all Dekkies. For readers just getting interested in Ted's work, I recommend that you read Showdown first. After reading Saint, I'm sure everyone will be eager for Ted's next release, Skin.
